How to Order:

If you would like to order any of the items shown on our website please send us an email or call us on 07967 442116. We will reply to all emails within 48 hours and will be happy to discuss your requirements.

Orders placed via Eco-Create (our shop host) are subject to their terms as well as ours below.



We can accept payment via PayPal, bank transfer, debit/credit card or cash.

If you wish to pay by PayPal we need your email address and will send an invoice once your order has been confirmed.  Alternatively you can call us and we can take a card payment over the telephone.  We will dispatch your goods once full payment has been received.

If you’re local we can accept cash on collection from our postal address.

For bespoke or custom made items we require a 25% deposit to confirm the order.



We can deliver large items ourselves within a 30 mile radius at a rate of £1 per mile.

For small items or nationwide delivery we use a choice of courier depending on the size/weight. All services are tracked  and within a 3-5 day service.  We will advise postage charges at the time of confirming your order.

We will always confirm when an item has been dispatched.  If your item does not arrive within the specified delivery time please let us know as soon as possible (and not beyond 14 days of dispatch).



We hope that you will be pleased with your purchase and where relevant we will email a photo of the finished item prior to dispatch.

If you change your mind after receiving your order we would be happy for you to return the item at your own cost. Please ensure that you notify us of your intention within 7 days of receipt.  It is your responsibility to ensure the item is suitably packaged and received in a saleable condition.  We cannot accept any liability for items lost or damaged in transit and therefore recommend you use a secure method of return.  We will refund the order, excluding postage charges, upon receipt of the returned item.

If you are dissatisfied with your purchase because the item is faulty or not as ordered, please advise us as soon as possible (and within 14 days of receipt).  We will rectify any errors where possible or offer a refund in full.

Please note, personalised items are non-refundable unless faulty or damaged.



All our products are made from recycled/reclaimed wood and therefore may contain defects.  This is intentional and will not be considered a fault.

Illustrations are for demonstration purposes only. As all our products are individually made by hand, the item you receive may differ slightly from the one pictured. Colours may also appear slightly different to the pictured product due to variants in the original colour of the wood.
